"What will my SBI website be like?"

Well, for starters, it will be formatted much like this one, most likely with a 2-column format.  This template is an SBI template (a 3-column template).  It is a great way to start.  You will also end up with

• A Home Page, with your site concept firmly in place
• 15-50 Tier 2 and/or Tier 3 pages, or more, optimized with keywords from your Master Keyword List
• Navigation structure in place
• Images in place, including your header
• Ezine, both sign up form and the actual ezine publication
• Blog set up

• Site map submitted to search engines
• Monetization model in place, including placement of AdSense ads and identification of affiliate programs
• Link strategy in place
• Site promotion in place
• Priorities and goals set for your next steps
• Your email set up and operating, using your website address (e.g., josie@yoursite.com)
• Content 2.0 set up on your site (THIS is exciting!)
• An understanding of how to convert to a 3-column template when you are ready, and how to know that you are ready.

... and lots more.  We talk about Alexa, how to read and understand stats.  We talk about unique ways of generating traffic to your site.  We talk about what makes your site unique, and how to benefit from that knowledge.  We talk about what you need to know to be successful. Your Master Keyword List will be stuffed with good keywords. You will begin to get traffic.

The real bonus is that you will know how to do it yourself.  You will be the MASTER OF YOUR DOMAIN!

"What Are The SBI Coaching Sessions with Your SBI Coach Like?"

We always work specifically on your site.  If we go off your site it is to demo a tool or technique from another site. 

Most of our sessions last about a hour.  Sometimes more, sometimes less, depending on the topic.

At each session we connect with a screen sharing service that I provide.  You actually look at my monitor, which I have open to your website and your Site Central. 

Step by step we go through each task together. At the end of each session, I like to leave you with an assignment.  Perhaps you are to build X number of pages.  Perhaps you are to add in all the tier 3 links.  When we start the next session, we review what you have done, and proceed on to the next step in website building.

"Whose Site Is It, Anyway?"

Trust me, it is YOURS.  You choose the site concept.  You write the pages.  You decide on the direction to take.

My job is to coach, to teach, to encourage, to redirect, to edit, and sometimes to just be a pain in the you know what.  (As with any good coach, it's all to ensure that you do succeed.) I won't let you get off on the wrong path without fair warning.  But, hey, if you still want a site concept with a potential visitor tally of 200, that's your decision.

"How Long Does It Take?"

In the now legendary Chicago boot camp, we did it in 5 days.  (In July 2006 ten SBI-ers went with Ken Evoy to Chicago to teach SBI to 100 people in 5 days.  I was very proud to be one of the ten coaches at that conference.) 

Five days is a bit tight, but with one to one on tutoring, 10 to 20 SBI coaching sessions is not unrealistic.  (Each session is usually several days apart, to give you time to practice what we learn in coaching.)

Basically, we'll take as much time as you need to get the job done.  It can be over a couple of weeks, or a couple of months, even longer if you prefer. We'll spend around 10 - 20 hours together on the phone (and on my web sharing service so we can look at the same screen), plus slews of emails and messages. 

How quickly we can complete your site is dependent on your time availability, your typing speed (there is a lot of typing) and the complexity of your topic.  Someone who has eight hours a day to devote to her website is going to grow it a lot faster than someone who can only squeeze in two or three hours a week.

When we're done with your SBI coaching, you will have a site you can be proud of. And YOU will feel CONFIDENCE as a webmaster that you can only imagine.

"Do You Guarantee That I Will Have A Successful Website?"

Gosh, I wish I could.  I wish I could guarantee that I would have a successful website.  But I can't guarantee it, neither for you nor for me.  Unfortunately, there are a lot of factors that go into a successful, many of which we can control, but some of which we cannot control.

For example, I can control the tasks that we learn about.  And we learn about LOTS of tasks in building a successful site, like how to write content and use of images and AdSense advertising.

But there are things neither you nor I nor SBI can control.  We cannot, for example, control what Google does.  We cannot control the strength or determination of your competition.  If we have discovered a great little niche, we just cannot control that it will remain "ours", void of competition.

SBI and YourSBICoach have really, really great success rates.  Over 90% of the people I work with end up with sites in the top 1%.  That's not bad.  With your BAM (Brains and Motivation) and my coaching, the odds are with you.

This is a big undertaking.  I want you to feel confident about proceeding, and I want to feel confident too.

With the time needed for my primary site (Business Plan Master) I can only accept very few new clients each month.  That ensures that we have the time we need when we need it.
