How Important IS Profitability

by George
(Cornish Riviera - UK)

In the AG there are comments that profitability is NOT that important - Then there are 'POST' that tell us that profitability IS VERY important - needs to be over 30,000 -
all very confusing!

Who is making real money from their SBI site? - that's who I want to follow!

Revealing yourself and your method will be VERY much appreciated.

Bless you!

George, "Profitability" in SBI terms is very squishy. It is not a new number. It is simply a ratio between Supply and Demand. I don't use Profitability a lot, but here's how it is handy: When you have determined your tier 3 keywords based on Supply and Demand, click on "Profitability". That will bring the best of the bunch to the top. Whenever possible, use keywords from the top of the list rather than from the bottom.

Different people use Brainstorming numbers in different ways. There just isn't a magic formula for everyone. Try out some pages and see how they do. When you do your second round of Brainstorming, adjust the numbers accordingly.

If you've seen my posts in the Forums, you know that posting is one my favorite hobbies, and I've got -- well -- a lot now. The following post is my personal favorite. It actually was sent to me by my cousin, who has no idea at all that thousands of people have seen it here.

When people ask me whether to dash or not to dash their website, I usually give the example of "www.seniorsexpress.com" vs. "senior-sex-press.com" or "seniors-express.com". But I like these even better:

These are not made up. Check them out yourself!

1. Who Represents is where you can find the name of the agent that represents any celebrity. Their Web site is www.whorepresents.com

2. Experts Exchange is a knowledge base where programmers can exchange advice and views at www.expertsexchange.com. You've GOT to take a look at their favicon (the little picture in the browser bar)!

3. Looking for a pen? Look no further than Pen Island at www.penisland.net

4. Need a therapist? Try Therapist Finder at www.therapistfinder.com

5. The First Cumming Methodist Church Web site changed from cummingfirst.com to cummingfirstmethodist.com . Mmmm. Wonder why.

6. And the designers at Speed of Art await you at their wacky Web site, www.speedofart.com

Cheers!
