Thanks for the invitation to 'Go Fishing' Just read through - excellent, simple presentation. I'm exploring your SBI coaching site - getting a good feel for a clearer understanding of the way ahead!

Should I take the 'Bait' and hook up with a good coach - tempted:-)

I've no SBI domain name yet -

Sincerely contemplating . . .

Supply - Demand - Profitability?
by: George Burrows

Many thanks for your experienced view-point.

I will re-study my search results with your comments in mind.

While the AG is certainly comprehensive and I appreciate it needs to try and provide for every event,I feel it is so helpful to have meaningful advice from a successful, professional user of the actual system.

Thanks so much!

Finding Your Niche
by: MaryAnn

I really hesitate to give out numbers for guidelines. There are just so many exceptions and so many variations on the theme, that one set of numbers does NOT fit all. Just the other day I advised a lady with horrible Demand numbers that she had an excellent chance of making lots of money -- it was a special industry.

My one general suggestion is that you not use keywords with over 5,000 in Supply. If the Supply number is higher than that, you will NEVER rank well for it. The Action Guide says differently, and every time I recommend this in the forums I get attacked from ten different directions.

So ultimately you have to use your own best judgment. There is no perfect answer.

Supply - Demand - Profitability?
by: George Burrows

Right now, I'm confused!

There appears to be so many contradictions as to what to really go for in 'Supply' - 'Demand' - 'Profitability'?

After much study of AG, I believed I needed to find Good Demand - Low Supply.

Consequently, I discovered and pre-selected Keywords with following:

Demand = 19,626
Supply = 6,406
Profitability = 3, 064

D = 9,808
S = 870
P = 11,274

D = 13,604
S = 9,881
P = 1,377

Now, having started reading AG again and clicking on some links, I'm unsure what I should go for?

If you've seen my posts in the Forums, you know that posting is one my favorite hobbies, and I've got -- well -- a lot now. The following post is my personal favorite. It actually was sent to me by my cousin, who has no idea at all that thousands of people have seen it here.

When people ask me whether to dash or not to dash their website, I usually give the example of "www.seniorsexpress.com" vs. "senior-sex-press.com" or "seniors-express.com". But I like these even better:

These are not made up. Check them out yourself!

1. Who Represents is where you can find the name of the agent that represents any celebrity. Their Web site is www.whorepresents.com

2. Experts Exchange is a knowledge base where programmers can exchange advice and views at www.expertsexchange.com. You've GOT to take a look at their favicon (the little picture in the browser bar)!

3. Looking for a pen? Look no further than Pen Island at www.penisland.net

4. Need a therapist? Try Therapist Finder at www.therapistfinder.com

5. The First Cumming Methodist Church Web site changed from cummingfirst.com to cummingfirstmethodist.com . Mmmm. Wonder why.

6. And the designers at Speed of Art await you at their wacky Web site, www.speedofart.com

Cheers!
MaryAnn
