Does DMOZ dislike any monetizing or just adsense? I have affiliate links but no adsense while waiting for DMOZ. Does waiting make sense? I have 30 -50 daily visitors.

John, DMOZ just doesn't like SBI. Period. That's not 100% true actually. Probably 10% or so of the categories have editors that do like SBI, and there are even a couple of SBI-ers who are editors. But, generally speaking, SBI is not popular in DMOZ. My site has never been accepted into DMOZ. I even applied to be an editor and was refused. Go figure. So I pretty emphatically advise that you not hold up any advertising campaign of any sort out of deference to DMOZ. They may not ever review your site. And if they review it and decline it, they don't tell you, so you could be waiting needlessly for a very long time.
Also, as an alternative, do register in MasterMOZ. It is a new-ish directory that is aiming to take the place of DMOZ, and their inclusion policy is a lot more SBI-friendly.
